Maroudas Estate Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the elevated reserve expression of the Maroudas family grove in Zakynthos, Greece.

It grows from the same family harvest philosophy as the Estate Bottle — young olives, careful handling, prompt extraction and an oil intended to be tasted as part of the meal — but presents that tradition in a more ceremonial object: a two-handled stone-look amphora made to stay on the table.

The Reserve is intended for bread, vegetables, fish, cheese and finished dishes where the olive oil itself should be part of the experience. It is now available for pre-order at $84.
